Jessica Sansevera, NCIDQ
Director of Interiors
Jessica has spent the last 14 years working in commercial interiors in Connecticut. Before finding her niche in multi-family interiors she spent time in corporate interiors working on large corporate headquarters including Pepperidge Farms, Charter Communications, Boeringer Ingleheim and Pernod Ricard.
Since rejoining the firm in 2014, Jessica has been working with the architectural team on their multi-family amenities. Over the past 8 years, Jessica has had the opportunity to work with many of the top developers in the area on well-regarded multi-family projects. These projects vary in nature and scale and include many of the firm's award winners such as Pioneer in Everett, MA, Audubon in New Haven, CT and Brim + Crown in Norwalk, CT.
Jessica works in tandem with the architectural team to holistically develop multi-family amenities that foster community and bring value to the property. With each project presenting unique challenges and requirements, Jessica works to create a sense of arrival, place making and energy that is tailored to each project. Jessica's attention to detail from inception to furniture has created long standing relationships with these clients who recognize the value of well programmed and cutting-edge amenities.
Outside of the office Jessica's creativity can be found spilling over into home projects and gardening. She loves to spend time relaxing with her family.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Cazenovia College, is a member of the ASID and is a NCIDQ certificate holder.
